Tangerine Puff Pastry Dessert with Refreshing Mandarin Beverage

Prepare the Puff Pastry:

Preheat your oven according to the instructions on your puff pastry package (usually around 375°F or 190°C).

Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into squares or desired shapes (such as rectangles or circles).

Gently score a border around the edges of each piece of pastry (about 1/2 inch in from the edge) to create a “frame” for the tangerine filling.

Assemble the Pastries:

Peel the tangerines and separate them into segments.

Place a few tangerine segments in the center of each puff pastry, within the scored border.

Bake the puff pastry according to the package instructions (usually 15-20 minutes) or until the pastry is golden and puffed up.

Finish and Serve:

Once baked, remove the pastries from the oven and let them cool slightly.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving for a sweet finish.

Prepare the Mandarin Beverage:

If using fresh mandarins, juice them until you have enough liquid for your beverage.

Pour the mandarin juice into glasses, and optionally garnish with mint leaves or lemon slices for an extra refreshing touch.
