Ingredients:

2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil

4-6 dried red chilies (whole or cut into pieces)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece ginger, minced
1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup sliced onions
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
