Sweet and Tangy Honey Mustard Glazed Chicken: A Flavorful Twist on a Classic

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking, or heat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Make the honey mustard glaze:

In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Taste the glaze and adjust the sweetness or tanginess by adding more honey or vinegar, depending on your preference.
Cook the chicken:

For Baking: Place the chicken breasts on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush both sides generously with the honey mustard glaze. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
For Grilling: Preheat the grill and brush the chicken with the glaze. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, basting with more glaze as needed, until fully cooked.
For Pan-Seared: Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, brushing the chicken with glaze during the last few minutes of cooking, until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve:

Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your choice of sides.
