Sweet Amish Carrot Delight

Prepare the Carrots: Start by peeling and cutting the carrots into 1-inch pieces.

Cook the Carrots: Place the carrots in a large saucepan and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the carrots are tender.

Make the Sweet Coating: While the carrots are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan. Once melted, stir in the honey until well combined.

Combine and Coat: Drain the carrots and return them to the pot. Pour the honey-butter mixture over the carrots and toss gently to coat.

Serve: Serve warm, and enjoy the sweet, buttery goodness!
