Sun-Dried Tomato, Spinach & Ricotta Grilled Cheese: A Flavor-Packed Twist on a Classic

In a bowl, mix together ricotta, mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

Assemble the Sandwich:
