Cut the top off the sourdough loaf and hollow it out, removing the bread inside to create a well for the filling. Make sure you leave a little bit of the crust intact so the loaf holds its shape.
2. Make the Seafood Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped prawns, crab meat, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, smoked paprika, and lemon juice.
Stir everything together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Stuff the Loaf:
Carefully spoon the seafood mixture into the hollowed-out Cobb loaf, packing it in tightly.
4. Bake:
Place the stuffed loaf on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
5. Serve:
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into pieces.
Serve warm as an appetizer or a main course alongside a fresh salad.
