In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up as it browns.
When the beef is nearly done, add the onions and bell peppers. Cook for 5-10 minutes until softened.
2. Add Garlic & Seasoning
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Mix in the Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, diced tomatoes, rice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Simmer Until Rice is Tender
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cover and let cook for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
4. Melt the Cheese
When the rice is tender, fold in half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese until melted.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, cover, and let it melt.
For a faster melt, place the skillet under a broiler for 1-2 minutes if oven-safe.
5. Serve & Enjoy!
Remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy all the flavors of stuffed peppers in a fraction of the time!
