Stuffed Crab Mushrooms: A Delicious Seafood Appetizer

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems carefully. Set the mushroom caps aside and finely chop the stems.
Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil and arrange the mushroom caps on it.
Make the Crab Filling:

In a medium bowl, combine the crab meat, chopped mushroom stems, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Stuff the Mushrooms:

Spoon the crab mixture into each mushroom cap, pressing gently to ensure the filling is packed in tightly.
Bake the Mushrooms:

Place the stuffed mushrooms in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops of the filling are golden brown.
Serve and Enjoy:

Garnish the stuffed crab mushrooms with additional fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy immediately as a flavorful appetizer or snack.
