Stuffed Cheese Balls

In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.

Form the Cheese Balls:
Using your hands or a small scoop, shape the cheese mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Coat the Cheese Balls:
Set up a breading station with three separate bowls: one with flour, one with the beaten eggs, and one with a mix of panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Roll each cheese ball first in the flour, then dip in the eggs, and lastly coat well with the breadcrumb mixture.

Fry the Cheese Balls:
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry the cheese balls in batches, cooking them for about 2-3 minutes per batch, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the cheese balls with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
