Mix warm water with a small amount of mild dish soap or fabric cleaner. You don’t need too much soap—just enough to create a light, foamy solution.
Spot Test
Always spot test any cleaner you use in an inconspicuous area of the seat to ensure it doesn’t discolor or damage the fabric.
Apply the Solution
Dampen your microfiber cloth or sponge with the cleaning solution (don’t soak it). Gently blot the stained area, starting from the outer edges and working inwards. Avoid scrubbing too hard as this could damage the fabric.
Tackle Tougher Stains with Baking Soda
If stains persist, sprinkle a little baking soda on the affected area. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to absorb oils and odors. After that, gently scrub with a soft brush (like an old toothbrush) and wipe away the residue with a damp cloth.
