Strawberry Shortcake Oreo Balls: Sweet and Tangy No-Bake Treats

Crush the Oreos: In a food processor, pulse the Golden Oreos until they turn into fine crumbs. Alternatively, you can place them in a sealed plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Mix the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, finely crushed freeze-dried strawberries, Oreo crumbs, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or spoon to thoroughly mix the ingredients until smooth and well combined.

Form the Balls: Using your hands, scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Chill: Refrigerate the Oreo balls for at least 30 minutes or until they firm up.
