These Strawberry Oreo Truffles are a delightful blend of sweet, creamy, and crunchy textures, making them a perfect treat for any occasion. With the luscious flavor of strawberries, the crunch of Oreos, and a smooth chocolate coating, they’re sure to impress your friends and family!

Ingredients:
24 Oreo cookies (regular or strawberry-flavored)
4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed (optional)
8 oz (225 g) white chocolate or dark chocolate, melted
Sprinkles, crushed Oreos, or extra freeze-dried strawberries for garnish
How to Make Strawberry Oreo Truffles:
Prepare the Mixture:

Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs.
Add the softened cream cheese and crushed freeze-dried strawberries (if using). Pulse until the mixture is smooth and combined.
Form the Truffles:

Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Freeze the truffle balls for 20-30 minutes to firm them up.
Coat with Chocolate:

Melt the white or dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
Dip each truffle ball into the melted chocolate using a fork or dipping tool, ensuring they are fully coated. Let any excess chocolate drip off.
Place the coated truffles back on the parchment-lined sheet.
Add Garnishes:

Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle the truffles with crushed Oreos, sprinkles, or extra freeze-dried strawberries for a decorative touch.
