Strawberry Cheesecake Nachos

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush both sides of the tortillas with melted butter.
In a bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over both sides of the tortillas.
Cut the tortillas into triangle shapes and arrange them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Let the chips cool completely.
2. Prepare the Cheesecake Dip:
Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the whipped cream and refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. Make the Strawberry Topping:
In a small saucepan, combine the strawberry jam and water over medium heat. Stir until smooth.
Toss the sliced strawberries in the jam mixture and let it cool slightly.
4. Assemble and Serve:
Arrange the cinnamon-sugar chips on a serving tray.
Place the cheesecake dip and strawberry topping in separate bowls or compartments.
Serve immediately and enjoy dipping the chips into the creamy cheesecake dip and sweet strawberries!
