Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding: A Dreamy Dessert with Layers of Flavor!

In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and 2 cups of milk. Let it set for about 2 minutes to thicken.

Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.

Combine Pudding and Cheesecake Mixture:
Once the pudding has set, gently fold it into the cream cheese and whipped topping mixture. Stir until the mixture is smooth and combined.

Assemble the Layers:
In a large trifle dish or individual serving glasses, start by adding a layer of Nilla wafers or graham crackers at the bottom. Then add a layer of the pudding mixture, followed by a layer of sliced bananas and strawberries. Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, finishing with a layer of the pudding mixture on top.

Chill the Pudding:
Cover the dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.

Serve and Enjoy:
Just before serving, garnish the top with additional sliced bananas and strawberries for a fresh, colorful finish.
