Strawberry Bombs: These Are Irresistible!

Gently wash the strawberries and remove the green tops.
Using a small knife or a melon baller, carefully hollow out the center of each strawberry, making sure to leave the outer edges intact. Set the hollowed strawberries aside.
Make the Cream Cheese Filling:

In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Using a piping bag or a spoon, carefully fill each hollowed strawberry with the cream cheese mixture. Pack the filling tightly into each strawberry.
Melt the Chocolate:

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream. Heat in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Let the chocolate cool slightly before dipping the strawberries.
Dip the Strawberries:

Hold each filled strawberry by the top and dip it into the melted chocolate, making sure to coat it thoroughly.
If you like, you can roll the chocolate-covered strawberry in chopped nuts, sprinkles, or crushed cookies for extra texture and flavor.
Chill and Set:

Place the chocolate-dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate them for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens and the filling is set.
Serve:

Once chilled, your Strawberry Bombs are ready to serve! Enjoy these delicious little bites of sweetness with friends and family, or keep them all to yourself – they’re that irresistible!
