Strawberry and Cream Cinnamon Rolls with Strawberry Filling: A Sweet, Fluffy Delight!

In a small bowl, combine the warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Stir and let sit for about 5 minutes, or until the mixture becomes frothy.
In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add the melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes, either by hand or using a stand mixer with a dough hook, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise for 1-1.5 hours, or until it doubles in size.
Make the Strawberry Filling:

In a medium saucepan, combine the chopped strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes, or until the strawberries break down and the mixture thickens.
Once thickened, remove from heat and allow it to cool to room temperature.
Roll the Dough:

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and turn it out onto a floured surface. Roll it into a rectangle, about 12×16 inches in size.
Spread the strawberry filling evenly over the dough, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.
Shape the Rolls:

Carefully roll the dough into a log, starting from one of the long sides. Slice the roll into 12 even pieces using a serrated knife or dental floss.
Place the rolls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, making sure they are close together but not touching. Cover with a clean towel and let them rise for 30-45 minutes, or until they have doubled in size.
Bake the Rolls:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown on top and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for 10 minutes before frosting.
Make the Cream Cheese Frosting:

In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon of milk. Continue beating until the frosting is smooth and fluffy. If the frosting is too thick, add another tablespoon of milk to reach your desired consistency.
Frost and Serve:

Spread the cream cheese frosting over the warm cinnamon rolls. Serve immediately and enjoy the gooey, fruity, and creamy goodness!
