Stir-Fry Ramen with Teriyaki Chicken

Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the Chicken:

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.

Remove from the pan and set aside.

3️⃣ Sauté the Vegetables:

In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil.

Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli, stirring for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.

4️⃣ Combine Everything:

Return the cooked chicken to the pan.

Pour in soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and honey (if using). Stir well.

Add the cooked ramen noodles and toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.

5️⃣ Serve & Garnish:

Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
