Steak Grillé et Pile d’Avocat avec du Riz

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Coat the steak with this marinade and let it rest for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Grill the steak for about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.

2️⃣ Grill the Tomatoes and Avocado:

In a skillet, heat the olive oil and add the halved cherry tomatoes. Grill them for about 2 minutes until they start to caramelize slightly.

Meanwhile, slice the avocado and grill the slices for about 30 seconds per side.

3️⃣ Assemble the Stack:

On a plate, place a layer of cooked jasmine rice.

Pile the sliced steak on top, followed by the grilled tomatoes and avocado slices.

Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and toasted sesame seeds for extra flavor and texture.
