Steak and Cheese Garlic Toast: A Savory Delight

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add the thinly sliced steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

Prepare the Garlic Toast:
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Remove the skillet from the heat and brush the garlic butter mixture generously over both slices of bread.

Toast the Bread:
Preheat your oven’s broiler or use the skillet to toast the bread. If using the broiler, place the bread on a baking sheet and broil for 2-3 minutes until the edges are golden and crispy. If using the skillet, place the bread in the skillet and toast for about 1-2 minutes per side, until golden.

Assemble the Toast:
Once the bread is toasted, layer the cooked steak slices evenly on top of each piece of garlic toast. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Melt the Cheese:
Place the toast under the broiler for another 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Alternatively, you can cover the skillet with a lid for a few minutes to melt the cheese.

Serve:
Remove the toast from the oven or skillet. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, slice, and serve hot. Enjoy the delicious combination of steak, cheese, and garlic in every bite!
