1 tsp lemongrass paste or minced fresh lemongrass
1/2 tsp chili flakes or sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp neutral oil (for cooking)
For the Sauce:
1 (13.5 oz) can full-fat coconut milk
1 tbsp green curry paste
1 tbsp honey or palm sugar
2 tsp fish sauce
Juice of 1/2 lime
