Spicy Chicken Ramen Bowl with Creamy Sauce

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts or thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili flakes.
Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
Remove from heat, let the chicken rest for a few minutes, and then slice it thinly.
2. Prepare the Ramen:

In a medium pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
Once simmering, add the ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions (usually 3-4 minutes).
Once the noodles are cooked, remove from heat and set aside.
3. Make the Creamy Sauce:

In a small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, peanut butter, chili paste, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If you like your sauce spicier, feel free to add more chili paste.
For a thinner sauce, you can add a splash of broth or water to achieve your desired consistency.
4. Assemble the Bowl:

Divide the cooked ramen noodles into bowls.
Pour the hot broth mixture over the noodles.
Top each bowl with sliced chicken, a drizzle of the creamy sauce, and any additional toppings like soft-boiled eggs, green onions, cilantro, or sesame seeds.
5. Serve and Enjoy:

Serve the ramen bowls hot, and enjoy the rich, spicy, and creamy flavors that come together in every bite!
