Spicy Cheese Cones: Flavor Explosion!

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream. Stir until the cheeses are fully blended together and smooth.
Add the finely chopped jalapeño peppers, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until the spices are evenly distributed, and the filling is thick and creamy.
Shape the Tortilla Cones:

If you’re making your own tortilla cones, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut tortillas into triangles and roll them into cone shapes, securing the edges with toothpicks or by using a small bit of flour paste.
Bake the tortilla cones on a baking sheet for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Fill the Cones:

Once the tortilla cones have cooled slightly, carefully spoon the spicy cheese filling into each cone. Pack it in tightly to ensure they hold together and don’t spill.
Place the filled cones back on a baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese filling is melted and bubbly.
Serve and Garnish:

Once the cheese has melted, remove the cones from the oven. Allow them to cool for a minute before serving.
Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro for a burst of freshness and a pop of color.
