Rub the steaks with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper on both sides.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the steaks reach your desired level of doneness (medium-rare to medium works well for this dish).
Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing them thinly against the grain.
Step 2: Cook the Pasta
While the steaks are resting, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.
Step 3: Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet you used to cook the steaks, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Lower the heat and stir in the grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella, allowing the cheeses to melt into the sauce.
Add the crushed red pepper flakes (if using), and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4: Combine and Serve
Add the cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little pasta water to thin it out to your desired consistency.
Arrange the sliced Cajun steak on top of the pasta, then garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve immediately with optional lemon wedges for a fresh burst of flavor.
