Soulful Smothered Pork Chops with a Kick


Season the pork chops on both sides with onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, and seasoning salt. Let them sit for 10–15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the pork chops until browned on both sides (about 3–4 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
