Soft, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies with Snickers Candy Bars: A Decadent Twist on a Classic Favorite

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Cream the Butter and Sugars:

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter with the brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. This should take about 3 minutes.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Mix the Dry Ingredients:

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Be careful not to over-mix.
Add the Chocolate Chips and Snickers:

Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and chopped Snickers candy bars. If you’re using chopped peanuts, add them to the dough for an extra crunchy bite.
Scoop the Dough:

Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to portion out the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Space the cookies about 2 inches apart, as they will spread slightly during baking.
Bake:

Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers are set but still soft. Keep an eye on them, as baking time can vary based on the size of the cookies.
Once done, remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
