Crack the egg into the mixture and stir it in to bind the ingredients together.
Assemble the Cheese Puffs:
Roll out your dough into small circles or squares (depending on your preference) and place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each.
Fold the dough over to encase the filling and pinch the edges together to seal.
Optionally, you can brush the tops with an egg wash for a golden, shiny finish.
Bake:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
