Slow Cooker Steak and Cheddar Potato Casserole

Prepare the Ingredients: Start by dicing the beef steak into bite-sized pieces. Peel and slice the potatoes thinly. Dice the onion as well.

Layer the Casserole: In the bottom of your slow cooker, place a layer of sliced potatoes. Top with half of the diced steak and onions. Repeat the layering with the remaining potatoes, steak, and onions.

Mix the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Pour Over the Casserole: Pour the soup mixture evenly over the layers in the slow cooker.

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the potatoes are tender and the beef is cooked through.

Add the Cheese: In the last 10 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole. Cover and let it melt.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot. Enjoy your cheesy, savory casserole!
