In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Drain excess grease and transfer the meat to the slow cooker.
Add Ingredients to the Crockpot:
Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic on top of the beef.
Pour in the crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes with green chilies, tomato paste, and beef broth.
Stir in all the seasonings (chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, cayenne, salt, and black pepper).
Add the drained beans and Worcestershire sauce.
Slow Cook for Maximum Flavor:
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours.
Stir occasionally if possible to blend the flavors.
Adjust & Serve:
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
If you prefer a thicker chili, leave the lid slightly ajar for the last 30 minutes.
Serve hot with toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, or jalapeños.
