Cube the steak and dice the potatoes and onion.
Layer the Ingredients:
Place half of the diced potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
Add half of the steak cubes, followed by half of the diced onions.
Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, steak, and onions.
Add Liquids:
Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the layers.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender and steak is fully cooked.
Add Cheese and Bacon:
About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and cover until melted.
If using bacon, add crumbled cooked bacon on top for extra crunch and flavor.
Serve and Enjoy:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
