Sloppy Joe Grilled Burritos

In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
Add the chopped onion and bell pepper (if using), and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute.
Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and bring the mixture to a simmer.
Let the mixture cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Step 2: Assemble the Burritos

Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
Spoon a generous amount of the Sloppy Joe filling in the center of each tortilla.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the filling and add any optional toppings like sour cream or chopped green onions.
Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom to create a secure burrito.
Step 3: Grill the Burritos

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and brush with a little olive oil.
Place the burritos seam side down on the hot grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Press down gently with a spatula to ensure even grilling.
Remove from the grill and allow to cool slightly before slicing in half.
