Sliced Baked Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2️⃣ Prepare the Potatoes:

Peel and thinly slice the potatoes. If you have a mandolin, use it for evenly sliced potatoes.

3️⃣ Season and Butter:

In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with 2 tablespoons of melted butter, minced onion, salt, and pepper to taste.

4️⃣ Arrange the Potatoes:

Place the seasoned potato slices in a baking dish, stacking them neatly.

5️⃣ Bake:

Drizzle the remaining 2 tablespoons of melted butter over the potatoes.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown, flipping them halfway through for even crispness.

6️⃣ Serve:

Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve hot and enjoy the crispy, buttery goodness.
