Sizzling Steak & Shrimp Noodle Stir-Fry: A Flavor-Packed, Quick Stir-Fry Feast

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. For extra flavor, toss the cooked noodles with a small drizzle of sesame oil to keep them from sticking and to add a nutty aroma.
Prepare the steak and shrimp:

Season the steak slices with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside with the steak.
Stir-fry the vegetables:

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add the bell pepper and onion and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until tender but still crisp. Add the garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
Combine the stir-fry:

Return the cooked steak and shrimp to the skillet with the vegetables. Add the cooked noodles and toss to combine.
Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir everything together until the noodles are well-coated and heated through.
Serve:

Once everything is well-mixed and heated through, remove the skillet from the heat. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side for a zesty kick.
