Sizzling Steak Fajitas: A Flavorful Tex-Mex Classic

In a bowl, whisk together all the marinade ingredients.
Place the steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it.
Seal or cover, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 8 hours for more flavor).
Cook the Steak:

Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Remove the steak from the marinade and pat it dry with paper towels. Discard the marinade.
Cook the steak for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare or longer for desired doneness.
Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
Sauté the Vegetables:

In the same skillet, add olive oil and heat over medium-high.
Add the bell peppers and onion, sautéing for 5–7 minutes until softened and slightly charred.
Assemble the Fajitas:

Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
Layer the steak slices and sautéed vegetables onto each tortilla. Add your favorite toppings and serve immediately.
