Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) to heat up while preparing the pasta and shrimp.
Cook the pasta:
Boil the linguine pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
Sauté the shrimp:
In a large oven-safe skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes until pink and opaque.
Deglaze the pan and simmer:
Pour in grape juice and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
Combine and bake:
Stir in the cooked pasta, chopped parsley, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until bubbly and heated through.
Finish the dish:
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Broil for 1-2 minutes until the top is golden brown and crispy.
