Heat water until it’s warm (not boiling, as it can destroy some of the nutrients in the lemon and ginger).
Add Lemon and Ginger:
Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and grated ginger to the water. Stir well.
Optional Add-ins:
For added benefits, you can add a teaspoon of honey for sweetness or a pinch of cayenne pepper to increase the metabolism-boosting effect.
