Seafood Pasta Salad

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions, until al dente. Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside to cool.
2. Prepare the Seafood:

If you haven’t already, peel and chop the cooked shrimp into bite-sized pieces. If using imitation crab, shred it into smaller pieces.
3. Make the Dressing:

In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning (if using), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
4. Combine the Salad:

Add the cooled pasta, shrimp, crab, celery, red onion, bell pepper, peas (if using), and parsley to the bowl with the dressing. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
5. Chill the Salad:

Cover the pasta salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavors to meld together. The longer it chills, the better it will taste.
6. Serve:

Serve the seafood pasta salad cold as a side dish or main course. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
