Start by boiling 1 cup of water in a small pot. Once the water is boiling, add the rosemary leaves (fresh or dried) and let it simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes. This will create a rosemary infusion that’s packed with all the beneficial compounds for your hair.
Strain the Mixture:
After simmering, remove the pot from the heat and allow the infusion to cool down to room temperature. Strain the rosemary leaves from the liquid, leaving just the rosemary-infused water.
Add Oils (Optional):
Once the infusion has cooled, you can add a tablespoon of olive oil and/or coconut oil to the rosemary water. Both oils are excellent for nourishing your scalp, improving moisture retention, and supporting hair health.
