In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, water, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce into the skillet with the beef.
Thicken the Sauce:
Add the cornstarch slurry (cornstarch mixed with water) to the skillet. Stir well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Combine with Noodles:
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss everything together until the noodles are coated in the sauce.
Finish and Garnish:
Stir in the chopped green onions. Garnish with sesame seeds and a pinch of red pepper flakes if you like it spicy.
