Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Prepare the Rolls:
Without separating the rolls, slice the entire pack of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
Layer the Ingredients:
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the rolls (if using). Layer the ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese evenly over the rolls. If desired, add banana peppers or roasted red peppers for an extra burst of flavor. Top with the other half of the rolls.
Make the Butter Mixture:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls, ensuring they’re well coated.
Bake:
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
Serve:
Let the sliders cool slightly, then slice into individual portions. Serve warm and enjoy!
