Sautéed Mushroom Toast with Fried Eggs & Avocado

Heat butter or olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

Stir in the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (optional).

Cook for 1 more minute, then remove from heat.

Toast the Bread:

While the mushrooms are cooking, toast the bread until golden brown.

Spread the sautéed mushrooms evenly over the toast.

Fry the Eggs:

Heat butter or olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Crack the eggs into the pan and cook until the whites are set, but the yolks are still runny (about 3-4 minutes).

Season with salt and black pepper.

Prepare the Avocado:

Slice the avocado and drizzle with lemon juice.

Sprinkle with red pepper flakes for extra flavor (optional).

Assemble & Serve:
