Ingredients:
1 pound ground sausage (mild or spicy)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies (like Rotel), drained
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste
How to Make:
In a large skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat, breaking it up into small pieces as it browns. Cook until fully browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
Reduce the heat to low and add the softened cream cheese to the skillet, stirring until melted and smooth.
