Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy


1️⃣ Make the Patties: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated. Form the mixture into 4 even patties.

2️⃣ Cook the Patties: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside.

5️⃣ Simmer the Patties: Return the cooked patties to the skillet. Spoon the mushroom gravy over the patties and simmer for an additional 10 minutes, ensuring the patties are cooked through and infused with the flavors of the gravy.

6️⃣ Serve: Serve the Salisbury steaks hot with mashed potatoes or rice for a complete meal. Enjoy!
