Rustic No-Knead Cheese Bread

Mix the Dough: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and yeast. Pour in the warm water and olive oil, stirring until a shaggy dough forms. Gently fold in the shredded cheese.

Let it Rise: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a clean kitchen towel and let it sit at room temperature for 12-18 hours, until the dough is bubbly and has doubled in size.

Shape the Dough: Lightly flour a work surface and turn out the dough. Gently shape it into a round loaf, being careful not to deflate too much air. Let it rest for 30 minutes while the oven preheats.

Preheat the Oven & Dutch Oven: Place a Dutch oven (or heavy oven-safe pot with a lid) in the oven and preheat to 450°F (230°C) for at least 30 minutes.

Bake the Bread: Carefully transfer the dough to parchment paper and place it inside the hot Dutch oven. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crusty.

Cool & Serve: Let the bread cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
