Rotel Beef & Cheese Crescents

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, if necessary.

Mix in Rotel and Cream Cheese: Add the drained Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies to the skillet with the beef. Stir in the cream cheese and cook until it’s fully melted and the mixture is well combined.

Prepare the Crescent Rolls: Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the crescent roll dough package. Roll out the dough and separate the triangles.

Assemble the Crescents: Spoon the beef and cheese mixture onto the wide end of each crescent roll triangle. Sprinkle some shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.

Roll and Bake: Roll the crescent dough around the filling, starting from the wide end. Place the filled crescents on a baking sheet and bake according to the instructions on the dough package, usually about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve: Let the crescents cool for a couple of minutes, then serve hot and enjoy!
