2 cups tomato concentrate
2 tbsp ground cumin
3 tbsp sweet paprika
1/8 tsp ground Jamaican pepper
1/8 tsp ground cloves
500 ml (2 cups) beef broth
1 box (410 g) crushed tomatoes
2 tsp dried oregano
2 bay leaves
1 cup green olives (optional, sliced)
2 tbsp capers
1 cup cider vinegar or lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh coriander (cilantro), chopped
