Roasted Cauliflower and Broccoli: A Perfectly Seasoned Side Dish

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Vegetables:

Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower and broccoli florets. Spread them evenly on the baking sheet.
Season the Vegetables:

Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables. Sprinkle with minced garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until the florets are evenly coated.
Roast the Vegetables:

Spread the seasoned vegetables in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and slightly crispy around the edges.
Add Finishing Touches:

If using, sprinkle the roasted vegetables with grated Parmesan cheese immediately after removing them from the oven. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for added brightness.
