Rimmersimon’s Orange Yoghurt Cake – Moist and Citrusy Delight

In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (flour and baking powder).
In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients (Greek yoghurt, orange zest and juice, eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, and orange blossom water).
Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until combined.
Bake the Cake:

Grease and line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
Pour the batter into the tin and smooth the top.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 55-60 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely in the tin before icing.
