Ridiculously Easy Peach Cobbler

Prepare the Oven and Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Layer the Peaches: Open the cans of peaches and drain the liquid, reserving some for extra flavor. Pour the peaches into the prepared baking dish.

Make the Batter: In a bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, baking powder, cinnamon (if using), and salt. Add the melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix well until you have a smooth batter.

Assemble the Cobbler: Pour the batter over the peaches in the baking dish, spreading it evenly. Don’t worry if the batter doesn’t cover the peaches completely—it will spread as it bakes.

Bake: Place the dish in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cobbler is bubbling.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. It’s delicious on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream!
