Rice and Water: The Natural Facelift That Turns Back Time

Prepare the Rice Water: Rinse the rice thoroughly to remove any impurities. Place the rice in a pot with 1 cup of water and bring to a boil.

Cook the Rice: Once the water comes to a boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes until the water turns milky and the rice softens. Alternatively, you can soak the rice in water overnight, then strain it to collect the rice water.

Cool and Strain: Allow the rice water to cool to room temperature. Strain out the rice and keep the rice water in a clean container.

Optional Additions: For extra soothing properties, you can add a few drops of rosewater or aloe vera to the rice water.

Apply to Skin: Gently massage the rice water onto your face using a cotton pad or your fingertips. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.

Repeat: For best results, apply this rice water treatment to your skin 2-3 times a week.
