Refreshing Beetroot Juice: A Natural Detox and Energizing Drink


Peel and chop the beetroot, apple (or orange), carrot, and ginger (if using).

Blend:
Add the chopped beetroot, apple, carrot, ginger, lemon juice, and cold water into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Strain (Optional):
If you prefer a smoother juice, strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp. This step is optional, depending on your preference for texture.

Serve:
Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy immediately, or chill it in the fridge for 30 minutes for a cooler, refreshing drink.
